About Albert Wagner II
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008. There I obtained a Bachelor’s in Science in Sports Management. I was drawn to education after graduating from college with influence from my father and my wife’s uncle.
Being a coach is one of the greatest ways to have a positive impact in kids lives. To me that is the purpose of a coach; to make a positive impact on students. Throughout my career I have been known to be a problem solver. I pride myself in working hard and finding ways to solve problems. When presented with an obstacle I try to find a way over it, through it, or around it if needed. I have been involved in many types of roles throughout my time as a coach including: Assistant Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Video Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator. These roles have allowed me to lead a team of coaches towards a common goal. I learned how to meet the needs of different view points. We are put in this position to serve others and I like to show that through servant leadership.
When coaching I love to bring enthusiasm to the situation. We influence people everyday either positively or negatively. Enthusiasm is a way to positively impact people and is contagious. I am very passionate about the opportunity to help kids become better men & women. Everyday I will show this passion and enthusiasm in my work ethic and actions.
