Discipline
Discipline Within Our Program
As one of the pillars that our program is built upon, discipline will be a huge emphasis for our athletes and coaches. This will encompass so much of a football players life. Having discipline is knowing what is right and wrong and choosing what is right. We will teach our athletes to choose right every time. You will not always be liked or might be made fun of but your discipline will show through. Discipline in the classroom and the football field is paramount to being successful.
However, we know that students will not always make the correct decisions and will need to be disciplined. Our program will look to correct an athlete's behavior every time with discipline of some kind. That may mean having a conversation with the athlete or having the athlete complete punishment.

Athletes are expected to give their best effort in everything they do.
Athletes will not steal.
Athletes will follow district guidelines on usage of drugs and alcohol.
Punishment
When needed we will punish athletes based on their behavior. Most of the time this will mean extra running, bear crawls, log rolls, etc. However, there are instances that will require harsher punishment. This is the result of an athlete not correcting a behavior after multiple infractions. If an athlete commits the same offense several times they may be suspended or expelled from the program. This is not something we will take lightly. We do not want to expel an athlete from the program but they will be held accountable if their behavior does not change. There is one offense that will result in automatic expulsion and that is stealing.
